Leadership, Tiger performance and road map activities minutes within past 12 months: FOI release

Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

Information requested

Leadership team minutes dating back 12 months and also the Tiger Performance Team minutes and road map activities in the same period.

Response

Tiger Team:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Disclosure Scotland does not have some of the information you have requested. This is because the "Tiger Performance Team" is a colloquial term for a temporary group that is constituted on an ad hoc basis to resolve a specific issue. These teams have short but frequent (often daily) ‘stand up’ meetings (so called as the meeting is typically conducted standing up). During these meetings they come together as a team and typically update each other on progress and discuss what work will be carried by the next stand up. These are intentionally informal and typically, no minutes would be taken during these sessions.

Leadership Team minutes:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the costs of locating, retrieving and providing the information requested would exceed the upper cost limit of £600. This is due to the amount of hours it would take to locate, review and redact information for the large timeframe and general scope of what you have requested. Under section 12 of FOISA public authorities are not required to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying would exceed the upper cost limit, which is currently set at £600 by Regulations made under section 12.

You may, however, wish to consider reducing the scope of your request in order that the costs can be brought below £600. This could be done by narrowing down the timeframe of the minutes you require and/or specifying a subject you are particularly interested in. You may also find it helpful to look at the Scottish Information Commissioner's 'Tips for requesting information under FOI and the EIRs' on his website at: http://www.itspublicknowledge.info/YourRights/Tipsforrequesters.aspx.
