You asked for: "a copy of the development costs submitted to More Homes by Link Group regarding the above site (Ravenscraig Hospital Greenock). This would be in 2017."
Response
Attached is a copy of the information requested.
The development costs in the document are estimated costs based on what was known about the development at the time in July 2017. These overall estimated costs allowed for further discussion between the Scottish Government and Link Group. The Scottish Government used the estimated costs to consider the viability of the proposed project and to consider if the development could be supported with grant through the Affordable Housing Supply Programme.
The finalised development costs were included in the formal application for grant made to the Scottish Government by Link Group in 2019.
