Information requested

Any mentions of “legal advice” in any correspondence (including emails, attachments, letters, notes/records of phone calls, minutes of meetings, briefings or otherwise) from the First Minister or members of her office. Please limit the time period to 22 August 2018 until 1 January 2019.

Response

Our aim is to provide information whenever possible, however having conducted appropriate searches for the information you have asked for, I can confirm that the Scottish Government holds no information within the scope of your request.
