4. Disclosure Scotland will continue to undertake a blended approach to learning utilising the resources available through the Scottish Government, in-house learning and a range of external providers. In early 2020 an in-house Wellbeing Programme for Managers commenced, however this is now being changed to encompass on-line and webinar delivery.

We are also planning leadership and management training which will be designed and delivered in – house by webinars and on-line material.

This year we have placed a greater emphasis on webinars and on-line learning utilising mainly Scottish Government Webinars as well as commissioning Remote Working and Mental Health Awareness webinars from other providers. It is likely that this will continue into 2021.

5. There are 292 civil service employees currently working in Disclosure Scotland
