I enclose a copy of the information you requested. Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland, now known as Corra Foundation, was contracted by Scottish Ministers to administer the Children, Young People and Families Early Intervention and Adult Learning and Empowering Communities (CYPFEI & ALEC) Fund on behalf of Scottish Ministers. I attach the standard grant offer letter that was issued to the CYPFEI & ALEC organisations in March 2016 and the standard grant offer letter that was issued for the extension year in February 2019.
