1. Are you running an Oracle or SAP ERP solution?

Answer: No

2. If so, what version are they currently running on and which modules are you using?

Answer: Not applicable as not running an ERP solution.

3. Are you planning to upgrade in the next 12-18 months?

Answer: Not applicable as not running an ERP solution.

4. Do you have plans to move to a SAAS model?

Answer: Not applicable as not running an ERP solution.

5. Do you have plans to migrate our current ERP to a cloud Solution?

Answer: Not applicable as not running an ERP solution.

6. Do you run Oracle Databases?

Answer: No (Scottish Forestry do not run any Oracle DBs, though we do make use of some databases managed on our behalf, e.g. from our technology suppliers Forestry and Land Scotland).

7. If so what versions, are you planning an upgrade in the next 12 – 18 months?

Answer: We are not aware of any specific upgrade plans for these databases managed on our behalf by Forestry and Land Scotland.

8. Do you own perpetual Oracle Licences, do you Pay Oracle directly or through a shared service or other framework?

Answer: Not applicable as Scottish Forestry does not have any direct contract or license agreements with Oracle.

9. Do you own Perpetual SAP Licences, do you Pay SAP directly or through a shared service or other framework?

Answer: No

10. What is the value of the SAP Support contract and when does it renew?

Answer: Not applicable

11. What is the value of the Oracle support contract and when does it renew?

Answer: Scottish Forestry does not have any direct contract or license agreements with Oracle.

12. Who is commercially responsible for looking after the contract for the Oracle and/or SAP renewals?

Answer: Forestry and Land Scotland manage any Oracle and SAP contracts on Scottish Forestry’s behalf.

13. Do you currently work with any SAP or Oracle third party support providers?

Answer: No, Scottish Forestry do not work with any such providers.
