i) All correspondence, emails, letters, telephone conversations, dates of meetings (internal and external), minutes of meetings (internal and external), since 6 May 2016 between Scottish Government
Minister(s), civil servants or special advisors and Scottish Prison Service officials in relation to HMP Inverness regarding:
a) Prisoner numbers.
b) Overcrowding.
c) Rehabilitation training.
d) Staff security concerns.
ii) All correspondence, emails, letters, telephone conversations, dates of meetings (internal and external), minutes of meetings (internal and external), since 6 May 2016 between Scottish Government Minister(s), civil servants or special advisors and Scottish Prison Service officials in relation to the decision to delay the construction of HMP Highland.
