2.    Additionally, the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015 required the Scottish Government to prepare a Trafficking and Exploitation Strategy and to lay it before Parliament, which was done in May 2017. The Strategy will be reviewed at least every three years.
