The answer to your question is:

b) The Scottish Government has approved £13.899m in loans to non-public sector organisations.

c) 79 houses have been built as a result of the Housing Infrastructure Fund. The Housing Infrastructure Fund does not deliver units directly but unlocks sites for housing development.  It is estimated that 10,000 houses across all tenures will be unlocked, of which approximately 3,000 will be affordable.

d) Of the 79 houses that have been built across all tenures, 20 have been counted towards the 50,000 homes target so far. There will be further affordable homes completed as a result of Housing Infrastructure Fund support and these will be included in the quarterly affordable housing supply statistics publication provided by Scottish Government.
