The A92 is the responsibility of Angus Council.
3. You also asked for the average length of time taken to complete repair work across Scotland, and how many jobs in each local authority area lasted longer the average. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we do not have the information you have requested. Therefore we are refusing your request under the exception at regulation 10(4)(a) of the EIRs. The reasons why that exception applies is that due to the variety of works undertaken it isn’t possible to provide this information.
However average repair times for Category 1 and 2 repairs can be found on our website at the following link: https://www.transport.gov.scot/media/44436/frequently-asked-questions-about-the-scottish-trunk-road-network-january-2019.pdf
