Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

A) how much overtime was done by civil servants to do work on the Planning (Scotland) Bill?
B) how much money was paid to civil servants as a result of overtime spent on the Planning (Scotland) Bill?

Response

Up until 17 June 2019 Civil Servants had claimed 372.07 hours of overtime throughout all stages of the Planning Bill and this equated to £15,415.68 before deductions. Any claims made after 17 June 2019 will not be included in either figure.
