Information requested
All minutes and reports of the Building Standards Advisory Committee (BSAC) since 2004. I have now completed my
review of our response to your request and I have concluded that the original decision should be confirmed, with modifications.
Response
As you have indicated, minutes of the BSAC have previously been published online in an unredacted state. Colleagues in the Building Standards Division were not aware that these were still available online due the creation of a new website and had understood historical information had been removed. I have decided that as the names of the committee members have previously been published online, that Section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) used in the earlier response is no longer applicable and the full minutes and reports should be released to you. The unredacted documents are attached to this email.
