Contractors working on Logie Place, Aberdeen: FOI release

Information requested

 

We require you to confirm the name of all contractors working on the property at which our client sustained injuries, together with the dates they were working at the property or group of properties. Please also confirm the purpose and nature of the work each was undertaking.

For the purpose of this response, the ‘property’ refers to number 8 Logie Place, Aberdeen, AB16 7TP and the ‘group of properties’ refers to numbers 2, 4, 6 and 8 Logie Place, Aberdeen, AB16 7TP.

The following contractors were working at the property or group of properties:
• Environtec Limited was working at the property or group of properties on 26 September 2017 for the purpose of demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys.
• Jacobs UK carried out external inspections at the property or group of properties between July 2017 and June 2018.
• BEAR Scotland was responsible for property management at the property or group of properties from 21 September 2017 to 18 January 2019.
• Orbis Protect was employed as a subcontractor to BEAR Scotland to carry out property management services and was working at the property or group of properties on 21 September 2017.
