You asked for Under FOISA, please provide the details of the membership of the SSS Workforce Planning Group. I.e. please provide the number of the membership of the group, the titles of members, and the grades of the membership.

The answer to your question is there are currently 5 people in the working group at the moment. The titles of the members are as follows:

• Head of People Services
• Transformation and Change Manager
• Client Experience lead
• Operational Lead
• Corporate Finance Lead

Head of People Services who is the chair of the working group is substantively graded at C2. All other members of the working group are substantively graded at C1.

The members of the group is reviewed regularly and additional members may be required or requested to join in future.
