You have requested that those reports about Redburn school be made available under the freedom of information act 2000, you are also asking for another urgent inspection or this matter can be raised legally.
Response
Please see attached the most recent inspection reports from Education Scotland and a progress report submitted by North Lanarkshire Council, as requested. Redburn School will be inspected again at a future date in line with Education Scotland’s annual sample of special schools.
The management of Redburn School is the responsibility of North Lanarkshire Council. The concerns you have over the running of Redburn School should be raised directly with North Lanarkshire Council.
