You asked for a list of GP Practices that are eligible to receive a GP Premise loan.
Response
I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested in an annex.
All GP Contractors who own their premises will be eligible.
They may apply for a loan to be secured against both branch and main practice premises.
The attached annex lists those eligible practices and their premises so some practices will appear more than once. This is an approximate list as the status of GP premises can change quickly (for example, a partner may retire from their practice whilst retaining ownership of the premises which will be leased by new partners or new partners may purchase premises from a retired partner) and may be subject to change in the future.
