You asked for details of all boards or governance groups that the social security programme delivery manager has been a member of or participated during the following periods:
June - December 2017
January - December 2018
January 2019 to date.
You also asked for a copy of the full membership of each of these boards or groups.
The answer to your question is that the social security programme delivery manager role is listed as member of the Programme Business Design Authority since November 2017 to date.
The programme delivery manager role attended Programme Risk Review Board in October 2017.
You further ask for the full membership of these boards or groups, some of the information you request is in the attached document. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why these exemptions applies are explained in the Annex to this letter.
REASONS FOR NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION
Section 38(1)(b) – applicant has asked for personal data of a third party
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to a small amount of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party, ie names of civil servants below Senior Civil Service, and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.
This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’, so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
