Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

 

Please confirm all media training, voice coaching, public speaking coaching or presentational training provided to Scottish Government ministers in each of the last five full financial years, including 2018/19 to today’s date.

In each individual case, please confirm which minister received the training, how much it cost, who the provider was and what was the reason for the training being provided.
 

Response

 

Please find attached at Annex A the information you have requested. Please note no training was provided to Ministers during financial year 2015/16. From 2016, the Scottish Government made the decision that there was suitable in house expertise available to provide Ministerial media training at no additional cost.
