Response

In consultation with the Chair, an adequate level of resource will be made available for the miner’s strike Review. To ensure that value for money is applied to each spending decision, the funding will be monitored by Scottish Government officials in line with the Scottish Public Finance Manual, which provides guidance to the Scottish Government and other relevant bodies on the proper handling and reporting of public funds.
