3. The number of those FOIs cleared by Scottish Government special advisers before release/publication. 
4. The number of those FOIs that have not yet received a response. 

FOI(S)A response has gone through in the clearance process. This means that the information we hold in relation to your request is neither accurate nor complete.

In regard to question 3 of your request, the answer is that the Scottish Government does not hold this information as Scottish Government Special Advisers do not clear FOI requests.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not hold some of the information you have requested.

The answer to the fourth question is that all FOIs submitted to the Scottish Government from 1 to 7 September 2018 have received a response.
