You asked for, under the Freedom of Information Act (2002), how much of the £10 million extra funding to councils for spending on road maintenance following extreme weather has been paid out, a breakdown of payments received by each local authority and a breakdown of date of payments received by each local authority.

The answers to your questions are as follows: The full £10 million extra funding to Council’s has been paid out.
Please see the Annex to this letter which contains a breakdown of the payments received by each local authority.
The payments to each local authority were paid on 15 May 2018.
