Number of people arrested and tried or convicted under the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012, between 19th of Jan 2012 and 19th Apr 2018 - had hired or were in possession of their own legal representation

Scottish Government does not hold data on the number of people who hired or self-represented themselves in the court. This may be available from the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Services.
