A. The original total value of the contract for a new IT system/'care and maintenance of the PVG system' awarded by Disclosure Scotland mentioned on p.114 here: https://www.gov.scot/Resource/0048/00486683.pdf

B. Also, the amount paid to the ‘new supplier’ to date as of September 2018.

 

I have concluded that the original decision should be confirmed, with modifications.

Your email of 4 October 2018 clarifies that the information you are requesting is about the new contract that replaces the BT service contract, not the BT contract itself. I apologise that there was some confusion on interpreting  your original request. 

The original total value of the contract awarded was £35,078,952.

In relation to your second question I can confirm that the response you were given on 4 October 2018 is correct. It should have been made clear to you that  the information you requested can be found on page 66, note 15. No further payments were made to this supplier beyond the amount reported here. I apologise that this was not made clear to you in our original response.
