The number of complaints Disclosure Scotland received from applicants in 2017-18 and 2018-19 so far.

 

 

I am writing you to in response to your Freedom of Information request dated 26 September 2018. Some of the information you have requested is available from our 2017-18 Annual Report and Accounts https://www.mygov.scot/disclosure-scotland-annual-report-accounts/.  Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.  

For the year 1 April 2018-19 so far we have received 30 complaints.
