6. The number of applicants placed on the reserve list
7. The number of applicants not placed on the reserve list
8. The number of applicants who were offered a role that declined that role

Response

This was advertised from the 26th of January to the 16th of February 2018, but as the campaign is still on-going our Applicant Tracking System did not include it in the report for a previous request.

 *Candidates who scored 20 and above were given an immediate offer, and candidates who scored 18 & 19 were placed on the reserve list. There were 35 candidates who scored below 18 who were advised they had failed the assessment.
