1. Please can you tell me the Scottish Government's spend on social events annually. (Booking external Meeting Rooms, Christmas Parties, Social Gathering and other type of functions. Not for day to day business this is events for social purposes.

2. Please can you tell me how much the Scottish Government spends on Christmas Parties.

3. Please can you tell me the most popular alcoholic beverage at the Christmas Party.

4. The most popular meal that would be chosen at Christmas Parties.

5. Please can you tell me if there has been any reported incidents at a Christmas party that have resulted in the police being called in.

6. Which sector spends the most money on events (NHS, Politicians, Police etc.) Please can you provide a breakdown for each of the sectors and their annual spend.

We do not hold this information as core Scottish Government staff ( details at Annex A) organise and fund their own social functions. The Scottish Government does not contribute in any way to the costs associated with organising staff Christmas parties, including venue hire, catering costs and transport.
