Information requested
You asked for a breakdown of any and all IT system failures at Transport Scotland from 2007-present.
You later helpfully clarified system failures as meaning “significant failures such as… complete outages or any failure that hinders Transport Scotland to carry out its duties or has a material impact on any of the travel infrastructure or routes under its jurisdiction.”
Release
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Transport Scotland does not hold some of the information you have requested, holding no information older than 1st September 2012.
However, please see Annex A for a breakdown of system outages since 1st September 2012. We do not consider that any of the events described at that Annex had a material impact on any of the travel infrastructure or routes under our jurisdiction.
