Information requested

  • a copy of the consultation document titled 'Civil court fees: consultation paper on civil court fees in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court' (dated 04 September 2001 – the consultation was carried out by the Scottish Executive Justice Department);

  • a copy of any analysis of the responses to the above consultation document which was carried out; and

  • a copy of any responses which were received to the above consultation document.
