Information requested
Copies of the invoices or other documentation submitted to the Scottish Government by the Scottish Grocers' Federation and the Scottish Wholesale Association or their advisers requesting payment of the [above] amounts [£18,000; £3,000] together with any vouchers supporting those invoices or other documentation; and
Copies of correspondence with the Scottish Grocers' Federation and the Scottish Wholesale Association forming the agreement to pay these sums and the scope of the work involved.
Response
I attach a copy of all of the information you requested. This consists of the grant offer letters from the Scottish Government to the Scottish Grocers' Federation and the Scottish Wholesale Association, and supporting documentation. In the case of the Scottish Grocers' Federation, the supporting documentation is a detailed proposal for the funding; and in the case of the Scottish Wholesale Association, it is an invoice from TLT Solicitors to the Scottish Wholesale Association.
