Further to my letter of 06/08/2018 I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for a list of the papers submitted for consideration and/or approval at the Social Security Programme Board over the past year (i.e. since 1 September 2017).
I have concluded that the original decision should be confirmed, with modifications.
I have attached a table with the papers submitted for consideration/or approval at the Social Security Programme Board over the past year. It includes which meetings these papers were submitted at and on which dates.
