Information requested

If the Accountant in Bankruptcy dealt with the sale of a property at 64 Main Street Douglas South Lanarkshire ML11 0QG. Also, details of the acquisition and sale dates.

Response

The Accountant and Bankruptcy (The Accountant) was appointed trustee in the debtor's bankruptcy, the date of bankruptcy was 3 July 2013. The property at 64 Main Street, Douglas South, Lanarkshire, ML11 0QG, vested in the Accountant in Bankruptcy, as trustee, from the date of bankruptcy.

The trustee signed a disposition to expedite the sale of the property and transfer ownership to the purchaser on 17 October 2016. The land register was subsequently updated confirming the date of the purchase as 21 October 2016.
