'You asked for us to confirm that the Scottish Government itself still holds crucial IIP accreditation, and for a copy of any IIP Assessor Reports that it may have received.'

Response

In answer to your question about accreditation, the Scottish Government has been an IIP accredited organisation since November 1996 and currently holds both the Investors in People accreditation and the Investors in Young People accreditation.

The organisation underwent an assessment against the new Investors in People and Investors in Young People Frameworks in October 2017 and we are now working to ensure the organisation continues to improve its performance against the new IiP framework. A report will be produced following our annual IiP visit in September/October 2018.
