The first point you asked was when did 10 Journey Flexipass Tickets become available for use with Smartcard?
What value of travel purchased through Flexipass has subsequently been lost through expiry of Tickets?
How many complaints have been received from members of the public relating to expiry of Flexipass Tickets?
In how many cases have ScotRail refunded a portion of the purchase price of a Flexipass ticket to compensate for Expiry of a Flexipass Ticket?

I can advise you that ScotRail's Flexipass tickets became available on Smartcard on 11 May 2017.
What value of travel purchased through Flexipass has subsequently been lost through expiry of Tickets?
How many complaints have been received from members of the public relating to expiry of Flexipass Tickets?
