The request is for the following documentation in relation to the Malawi Leaders of Learning project:
- Full application including budget and logframe
- End of year reports and budget
- Mid term reports
- Final report

Enclosed are copies most of the information you requested. Please note that there is not a requirement to submit a logframe at the Mid year point and therefore there is not always one available. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have some of the information is that the project is still in progress and therefore there is no Final Project report.
