All correspondence since 2009 between the Scottish Government and the household of HM the Queen on the subject of flags and their display.
Response
As the previous First Minister made clear in his press statement of 24 January 2018, he discussed this matter with Her Majesty The Queen in 2010. I have included a link to Mr Salmond's press statement for your information. Within the scope of your request, I attach 2 letters from 2010 and 2012 which the then First Minister sent to the Royal Household on the issue of flag flying.
