I am writing to request a project directory which includes a list of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants & telephone numbers involved in the Pavement surfacing contract for the Dalry Bypass.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Transport Scotland does not have the information you have requested.

Transport Scotland does not hold a list of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants & telephone numbers involved in the Pavement surfacing contract for the Dalry Bypass as no pavement sub-contractors have been selected as yet. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
