Information requested
1) The figures each year beginning 10 March 2014 up to date of response (i.e. 10/03/14 - 31/12/14; 01/01/15- 31/12/15; 01/01/16 -31/12/16; 01/01/17 - 26/07/17) for the total number of basic disclosures issued relating to applications for Basic Disclosures from England and Wales (applying the England and Wales Basic LASPO rehabilitation jurisdiction) for the number of certificates issued which revealed an unspent conviction (summary, triable either way or indictable) for a motoring/driving offence.
2) How many of the certificates issued reveal only motoring offences (one or more).
