The minutes from the meeting held between Derek Mackay MSP and Ken Barclay on 15 March 2017 and all correspondence before and after this meeting relating to the meeting.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. I attach a copy of the briefing provided to the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution, Derek Mackay in preparation of the meeting on 15th March 2017.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained in the Annex to this letter.
