Fishing vessel quota limits tables 2022 - showing the quota limits applicable to both 10m and under non-PO and over 10m non-sector vessels.

Fisheries closures table 2022 - showing the current status of fish stocks following the issue and publication of the above variations (if any).

Marine Scotland advise that although the restriction on king scallop fishing using dredges in the English section of ICES area VIID has now passed, other regulations apply in other areas of VIID. Please note “Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1357 of 25 May 2022 amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards king scallops (Pecten maximus) in the English Channel” may still be enforced when fishing in certain areas of VIID. Fishers are encouraged to satisfy themselves that they are compliant with all regulations before fishing.

Reminder of current catch limits of applicable stocks of mackerel.
