Paragraph 6.7

 

6.7.1 Fishing for scallops using dredges in ICES area VIId is prohibited between 00:01hrs on 15 August 2021 and 23:59hrs on 04 October 2021

 

6.7.2 The vessel may not be present in the areas referred to in condition 6.7.1 whilst carrying dredges on board other than transiting at a speed of greater than six knots (except in the case of force majeure or adverse weather conditions) or when in port. Dredges must be lashed and stowed in accordance with Article 47 of Council Regulation (EC) 1224/2009.
