Items and actions

Minute of meeting

Build of 801 is progressing, some parts are yet to arrive due to customs issues.

19 compartments are left and awaiting sign off. Few snags have been identified, fittings of lights, switches, signage and paintings, nothing that will prevent handover.

15 MCA comments to close off. Lloyds comments are now down to 9. MCA due in tomorrow and Lloyds in the afternoon.

Gypsy’s and capstones temporary solutions were approved with Lloyds. The correct parts will arrive in the coming weeks and require 2 days to install. SG to coordinate people that need to be on the list for an update on the delivery of the items.

Clean copies of manuals have been prepared and hard copies will also be provided to CMAL.

Drawings are in the process of being uploaded to the MCA share point.

Discussions are underway with lawyers to update the contracts. CMAL to provide in writing to SG that the list of post-handover work has been agreed with FMPG.
Letter to be drafted that states FMPG have permission and access to MV Glen Sannox in order to take forward the required works post-handover.

FMPG to change wording of the list of post delivery works then send to CMAL for final approval. Agreed to be sent to SG once completed.

FMPG to provide CMAL with updated version of open items on the post-delivery works list. This will then be sent to MCA for approval. PDF version was also to be sent to SG to be an annex within the sales form.
