Draft Independence Referendum Bill
The First Minister’s programme for the first 100 days of the new Scottish Government includes a commitment to “publish the draft Referendum Bill with the question, as in 2014, being: 'Should Scotland be an independent country? Yes or No.'” This publication fulfils that commitment.
