Scotland's Digital Health and Care Strategy: report
Report of the independent external expert panel, which informed the Digital Health and Care in Scotland strategy.
At the invitation of the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, an independent external expert panel advised the Scottish Government on how digital technology can support Scotland's aim for high quality health and social care services with a particular focus on prevention, early intervention and self-management. Scotland has the opportunity to emerge as a global leader in using digital technology to improve health and social care delivery and outcomes.
