Items and actions

Next Steps and Date of Next Meeting

  • The board confirmed that all T&F groups will report progress at the next CMB meeting.

Actions:

  • The three Task & Finish groups will provide structured progress updates at the next CMB meeting. These updates will enable the board to monitor delivery and escalate issues early.
  • User‑story catalogues must be completed for all major process areas. These catalogues will form the basis for redesigning the end‑to‑end service and identifying required technical changes.
  • Technical estimates for improvements to the RAS web application will be commissioned once user stories are complete. These estimates will enable the CMB to assess cost, feasibility and prioritisation.
  • A dedicated workshop on data provisioning will be scheduled to clarify data‑controller responsibilities and process constraints. This will inform the scope and membership of the Data Provisioning Task & Finish group.
  • A light‑touch governance document (mini‑PED) will be produced for each Task & Finish group. This will set tations, deliverables and communication routes to ensure consistent reporting to the CMB.
  • Data protection and GDPR specialists will continue to be involved throughout process redesign. Early engagement will ensure proposals meet assurance requirements and avoid late blockers.
  • The next meeting will take place on 27 May 2026 at 16:15.
