refine process map into swim lanes and circulate for review
collect metrics for each process step to inform prioritisation
agree on four thematic areas for change and prioritisation at January meeting.
set up initial task and finish group for launch by spring
ensure there are mechanisms to access legal and data protection advice so that development work and any emerging solutions are lawful and compliant experts
consider resource implications and identify key personnel
explore opportunities to align with existing ADR UK recommendations on data ingest workflows
