  • agree on four thematic areas for change and prioritisation at January meeting.

  • ensure there are mechanisms to access legal and data protection advice so that development work and any emerging solutions are lawful and compliant experts
  • consider resource implications and identify key personnel
  • explore opportunities to align with existing ADR UK recommendations on data ingest workflows
