Provide all email correspondence sent or received by the Scottish Government senior civil servant Brian Dornan, 1st January 2021 - date, mentioning “offshore wind”.
In any email correspondence you provide in response to this request where names are redacted, in the body of emails or in the sender and recipient fields of emails, please indicate the job title of the person whose name has been redacted.
Response
Most of the information you have requested is enclosed with this letter. Exemptions under Sections 28(1), 29(1)(a), 30(b)(ii) and 38(1)(b) of FOISA apply to a small amount of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in the Annex of this letter.
