Information requested
Please provide me with all correspondence, briefing notes and information held by the Scottish Government in relation to a formal investigation into conduct allegations against the former chief officer of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemptions under sections Section 36(2) (actionable breach of confidence), Section 30(b) (i) and (ii) (free and frank provision of advice or exchange of views) and s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
