Rationale for decision:

A Consumer Duty assessment will not be taken forward in relation to the SRF, due to its high-level strategic nature that does not directly involve consumer-facing policies or services. However, as individual actions and policies are developed under the Framework, each will be assessed to determine whether a Consumer Duty assessment is warranted, ensuring that the interests of consumers are considered where applicable.
