Compulsory purchase orders: register

Scottish Ministers will consider CPOs submitted to them and may choose to confirm the order, confirm it with modifications or not confirm the order. This register contains details of all CPOs considered by Ministers since 1 January 2012. The register is updated quarterly.

You can search the register and filter the information in it by:

• type of CPO
• the authority involved
• the status of the case and the decision made
