Information requested

The business case and any briefing submitted to ministers to sign off the four settlement agreements detailed as exceeding the £95,000 cap in the "SG Annual Report on the Use of Settlement Agreements" document.
The business case and any briefing submitted to ministers to sign off any settlement agreements since the reporting period of the above document ended to date, including the cost of the settlement and whether an NDA or confidentiality clause was signed/agreed.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
